These terms govern your use of the Aqua Patch Australia website and orders placed with Y Block Pty Ltd.

The Aqua Patch Australia website is operated by Y Block Pty Ltd (ABN 23 757 080 744), 29 Robinson St, Brighton East VIC 3187. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
Website content is general information about Aqua Patch. It is not engineering, legal or site-specific advice. The current Technical Data Sheet, Safety Data Sheet, manufacturer instructions and project specification take precedence over website summaries. Confirm the correct mix, thickness and application method for your site.
Aqua Patch must be applied in accordance with the current technical documents. Performance depends on surface preparation, defect geometry, compaction, water, temperature, traffic and pavement condition. We do not warrant that the product is suitable for every site or that a repair will achieve a particular service life.
Quotes are based on the information you provide and remain valid for the period stated in the quote. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Freight, unloading and site-specific requirements are quoted separately. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or dispatch the goods.
Pallet quantities can be paid online by card through eWAY’s secure hosted payment page. The current online price is $3,600 ex GST per 13 mm pallet, with GST added at 10%. Card details are collected by eWAY, not by us. A payment confirmation does not by itself confirm stock availability; we will contact you to confirm dispatch and freight.
Delivery estimates are indicative and depend on location, carrier availability and stock. Risk in the goods passes on delivery in accordance with the applicable delivery terms. Inspect goods on delivery and notify us promptly of any shortage, damage or incorrect supply.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us to arrange a remedy. Opened or contaminated product may not be accepted for change-of-mind returns because moisture activates the product.
The Aqua Patch name, product imagery, website content and trade marks are owned by or licensed to their respective owners, including Y Block Pty Ltd, Maeda Road Construction Co., Ltd. and JALUX Inc. You may not reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
The website uses third-party services for hosting, forms, maps, video and payments, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or privacy practices. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or damage caused by site conditions, incorrect application or use contrary to the technical documents. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected goods or the cost of supplying them again.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy policy, available at /privacy/. That policy explains how enquiry, order and payment information is collected and used.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.
