Privacy policy
This policy explains how Y Block Pty Ltd handles personal information collected through the Aqua Patch website, enquiries and orders.

Information we collect
We collect the information you provide through our enquiry and quote forms, including your name, email address, phone number, organisation, postcode, quantity, intended use and message. If you pay for a pallet, we receive confirmation of the payment and the contact details you provide to eWAY, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, keep business and tax records, and improve our website and services. We do not sell personal information.
Card payments
Card payments are processed by eWAY through its secure hosted payment page. eWAY collects and processes card details under its own privacy policy. We receive the transaction result and the information needed to match the payment to your order.
Cookies, maps and video
The website itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The stockist section embeds a Google Maps iframe, and video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube image servers. The YouTube player is only embedded after you choose to play a video. Google and YouTube may receive your IP address and device information when those services load, under their own privacy policies.
Disclosure and overseas processing
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website, process payments, host forms, provide maps or video, deliver orders and maintain business records. These include Netlify, eWAY, Google and YouTube. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. We require service providers to handle information consistently with applicable privacy requirements.
Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Card details are not stored on our systems. We retain enquiry and order records for as long as needed for the purpose collected, for business records and to meet legal, tax and insurance obligations, then delete or de-identify them where practicable.
Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing dante@dantec.biz or calling +61 419 105 316. We will respond within a reasonable period, generally within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before providing access.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact us first at dante@dantec.biz or +61 419 105 316 so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a new version is published.
